Description of Workshop:
The world is changing rapidly: most companies are expected to screw up and die within the next two decades and traditional businesses will be forced to re-invent themselves. As a result, innovation and agility are becoming more critical than ever and innovation leaders are in high demand to help prevent and fix failed transformations.
The Online Shiftup workshop is as four-session experience that teaches the principles and common practices of Lean-Agile business innovation, combining facilitator-led instruction, peer discussion, and team exercises. Shiftup workshops are part of the Shiftup Agility & Innovation Qualification Program, a community-driven learning path created by Jurgen Appelo that wants to get people to actively work together and to experiment, reflect and discuss.

Certification
Shiftup Business Agility & Innovation Leader workshop teaches participants to apply Lean-Agile thinking to all aspects of business innovation. That’s why attendees automatically qualify to become an ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF, under consideration).
Please have in mind that you are not going to finish the Shiftup Qualification program by just attending the workshop. In order to be awarded a qualification badge, you will need to continue progressing in Shiftup’s Agility & Innovation Qualification Program.
Prerequisite
This is a foundational workshop, meaning that no knowledge or certifications of lean thinking, business agility or innovation are required. This is not an expert-level course. However, having some experience with new product development and business management (in any role) will make attendance easier.
